When Refunds Apply:

Service Not Rendered – If a shipment is canceled before dispatch.

Unreasonable Delays – If transit exceeds the guaranteed delivery window (where applicable).

Duplicate Payments – Any billing errors will be promptly corrected.

When full Compensations Apply:

Damaged or Lost Goods: Covered under insured shipments, following verification and claim approval.

Partial Shipments or Shortages: Compensation or reshipment offered based on the value of the missing items.

Operational Errors: If delays or mishandling occur due to our fault.

Pet Life Lost:  In the event a pet dies during the transportation process, the client will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the cost of the pet and additional compensation for time and inconvenience.

Our Process:

  1. Submit a Claim: Contact our support team in charge of refunds and compensation with shipment details and documentation.

  2. Assessment & Verification: Our team will investigate within 5–7 business days and start the refunds/compensation procedure immediately.

  3. Resolution: Approved refunds or compensation are processed swiftly via bank transfer or checks depending on the total amount calculated by the insurance department.
